Product Description

Aluminum zinc coated steel plate (galvalume steel) is an alloy coated steel plate widely used in various fields such as building materials, household appliances, automobiles, environment, machinery, ships, etc. Aluminum zinc coated steel plate is an alloy coated steel plate that is coated with aluminum zinc alloy on the surface of the steel plate, consisting of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.5% silicon solidified at a high temperature of 600 ℃. Its entire structure is composed of aluminum iron silicon zinc, forming a dense quaternary crystal.

 

The advantages of Aluminum zinc coated steel coil are as follows:
1. Corrosion resistance: Aluminum zinc coated steel sheet has strong corrosion resistance, with a normal service life of up to 25 years, which is 3-6 times longer than galvanized sheet.The corrosion resistance of aluminum zinc coated plates comes from the maintenance function of the aluminum barrier layer and the dedicated maintenance function of zinc. When zinc is used for dedicated maintenance in cutting edges, scratches, and coating scratches, aluminum forms an insoluble oxide layer, demonstrating the barrier maintenance function. Aluminum zinc alloy steel coils have been subjected to outdoor exposure tests in various atmospheric environments for over 20 years, confirming that the edge cutting maintenance function of 55% aluminum zinc coated steel plates is better than that of galvanized steel plates.
2. Heat resistance: Aluminum zinc coated steel plate have a high thermal reflectivity, making them suitable for use as roof materials. Aluminum zinc alloy steel plates also have excellent heat resistance and can be used in high-temperature environments up to 315 degrees Celsius.
3. Recoating ability: (Paint film adhesion) Aluminum zinc coated steel plate can maintain excellent adhesion with the paint film, and can be directly sprayed or powdered without special pre-treatment.
4. Corrosion resistance after coating
